Due to the nature of this product, returns/refunds are not applicable. However, if a product arrives damaged, we will happily replace it at no extra cost.

Domestic orders have two shipping options: Tracked First Class Shipping or Untracked Letter Mail.
International orders will be sent via Letter Mail with no tracking.
