Are your stickers waterproof?

Our stickers are water-resistant, which means they can withstand light exposure to water. However, we don't recommend fully submerging them or exposing them to heavy rain or extreme moisture.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that tracking is not available for international orders. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but please be aware that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply to their order. When will my order arrive?

Our processing times typically range between 3 to 7 days. For domestic orders, shipping can take up to a week from the date of shipment. International orders may take up to two weeks to reach their destination. 

Please note that these times are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as order volume and destination location.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns. However, if your stickers arrive damaged, shoot us a message and we will happily send a replacement! 

What is your cancelation policy?

Our cancelation policy allows for cancellations to be made during the processing period. Once packing has begun, cancellations are no longer valid. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes can be made only during the processing period of your order. This period begins from the moment your order is placed until it enters the packing process. Once the packing process commences and the shipping label is created, we are unable to accommodate any address changes. This is due to the expedited nature of our shipping process.Please ensure to review your shipping details carefully at the time of purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
